  As I get older, I realize the importance of protecting my eyes.  Like most people now, I spend a lot of time on the computer.  The computer screen after sometime of me looking at it, tends to get blurry and by the end of the day I have a headache.  So I have learned that using my reading glasses, or readers as some people call them, while working on the computer and also reading, helps relieve the strain that it puts on my eyes.  Now, my eyesight is perfect and I would like to keep it that way, so I wear the readers on a daily basis.  Making trips to the Optometrist is very important but can be costly as well.  If you have seen your doctor and know that there is no need for you to invest in expensive prescription eyeglasses, why not go with a more economical choice and purchase readers instead?  If your like me and just need glasses to help with eye strain then readers are the way to go.
